Is your community healthy, and what do you fix first?

Paste what your product is and who the ideal member is, and your notes on the community - a Discord, a Slack, a Circle space, a subreddit, a forum: members, daily and monthly active, new members, posts, replies, who writes them. Your browser computes the skill's health metrics and flags the warning signs. Free, before you sign in, and nothing is uploaded. Then the audit lane finds where members drop off and the top 3 priorities, and the plan lane writes the welcome post, the welcome message, the rituals and the power-user ask.

The companies, people and numbers in the examples are invented. Three are audits (the Slack one also carries its plan, one click after the audit) and one is a plan; each comes with a saved model reply, so you can see the whole page without signing in or spending a credit.

What this does, and what it does not

Most communities do not die loudly. People join and never post, the team ends up writing most of the threads, questions wait a day and a half, and the same five people carry every conversation until they burn out. The skill's answer is to build around who members are rather than around the product, let value flow to members first, watch a handful of health metrics every week, find the stage where members leak, and fix it with a new member journey, recurring rituals and real recognition for the people who already help. This page computes the metrics it can from your numbers and shows how it got each one.

The paid lanes see your description and your community notes (each cut in the middle past a few thousand characters, and the page says so), and the page's metrics and flags. Your input stays in this browser unless you run a lane. Every reply is held to your input: quotes are checked word for word, and no count, rate, target or duration may be invented - missing ones are written as [placeholders]. It does not connect to Discord or Slack, read your members' messages or post anything; bring the numbers you have.
